There are many volunteering opportunities at Felin Fach, we have been supporting and appreciating our volunteers for over 30 years.

Volunteer Recruitment Process
- Send information pack and application form (via email or hard copy)
- Invite the individual to the Centre for a formal interview
- Discuss application with wider staff team
- If the individual is suitable to volunteer at CFF invite to produce documents for DBS purposes
- Follow Gwynedd Council DBS checks guidelines, complete paperwork and present ID
- If the DBS is clear move to step 8
- If the DBS has content discuss relevance with staff
- Discuss and decide the volunteer’s role with the volunteer and arrange rota
- Share and complete all paperwork with Volunteer
- Arrange induction and all training
- Arrange start date

Safeguarding
Your role as a volunteer entails spending time with vulnerable adults and in conjunction with Safeguarding requirements we will require a satisfactory DBS Certificate and the name and details of two Referees who have known you for a minimum of two years (excluding family members).
