As an ICAN Hub we support vulnerable adults, people in crisis or those who face life’s challenges which may have a negative effect on their emotional health and wellbeing.  We can also support you if you are caring for or worried about someone else who is struggling due to life issues, poor physical health, social problems such as debt, tenancies or substance misuse.  Click above for more information on the ICAN project which is a North Wales wide project, or contact Debbie, our ICAN Connector by emailing debbie@felin-fach.co.uk to arrange an appointment.
